These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SD Auction 24 website and services, including all live auctions, product purchases, and account-related features. By registering an account, placing a bid, or making a purchase on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to SD Auction 24. The terms "you", "user", and "buyer" refer to any individual or entity accessing our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To use SD Auction 24, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Have a valid mobile number and email address for account verification
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable Indian law

Minors (persons under 18) are strictly prohibited from registering, bidding, or making purchases on this platform. If a minor's use is discovered, their account will be permanently terminated and any transactions may be reversed.

If you are registering on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SD Auction 24 account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential — never share it with anyone
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not
• Ensuring that the information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and kept up to date
• Notifying us immediately at care@sdauction24.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent behaviour.

Participation in SD Auction 24 live auctions is subject to the following rules:

• All bids are binding. Once you place a bid and it is accepted, you are legally committed to completing the purchase if you win the auction.
• Winning bid: The highest valid bid at auction close is the winning bid. The winner will be notified via email and SMS.
• Payment obligation: The winning bidder must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction close. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• Reserve price: Some auctions have a reserve price. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold at that auction.
• Bid retraction: Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Please bid responsibly.
• Fraudulent bidding: Shill bidding (artificially inflating prices) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
• SD Auction 24 decision: In case of any dispute regarding auction results, SD Auction 24's decision is final.

All prices on SD Auction 24 are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. SD Auction 24 does not store your card details.
• We are not responsible for payment failures arising from network issues, bank declines, or incorrect payment details provided by you.
• For EV vehicle purchases, a booking advance must be paid at the time of order. The remaining balance is payable as per the payment schedule communicated at checkout.
• GST and any other applicable government taxes are included in the displayed price unless otherwise indicated.
• Platform fees, convenience fees, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

When you place an order on SD Auction 24, you enter into a transaction governed by these Terms and our specific product policies.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing and a confirmation email is sent to your registered address.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive a full refund in such cases.
• Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in colour or specifications may occur.
• For EV vehicles, delivery timelines are subject to RTO availability, your location, and the dealer's dispatch schedule.
• The risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to your specified address.

You agree NOT to use SD Auction 24 for any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or checkout
• Attempting to manipulate auction prices through shill bidding or collusion
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from our website without prior written consent
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any malicious code to our platform
• Circumventing any security, authentication, or access control mechanism
• Using our platform for any illegal purpose under Indian law
• Reselling products purchased on SD Auction 24 on competing platforms without authorisation
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or our support staff

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending orders, and potential legal action under the IT Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws.

All content on the SD Auction 24 website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of SD Auction 24 or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website content without prior express written permission from SD Auction 24.

User-submitted content (such as reviews, photos, or feedback) remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant SD Auction 24 a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

SD Auction 24 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SD Auction 24 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks
• Delivery delays caused by logistics partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions
• Any content posted by third-party sellers or service providers on our platform

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SD Auction 24 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
