SD Auction 24 ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

 Free Shipping Pan India — We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or location within India.

This policy covers standard delivery for all product categories available on SD Auction 24, including electric vehicles, clothing, accessories, copper products, and plot documentation. EV vehicles have a separate delivery process described in detail below.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by product category and your delivery location. Estimated timelines are counted in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays).

Remote locations (Tier 3 cities, hilly regions, island territories) may require additional 2–4 business days. You will be notified of any such delay at the time of order confirmation.

If your order is not delivered within the stated timeline, please contact our support team. We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution or refund if the order cannot be traced.

EV Vehicle Delivery

Electric vehicles (scooters, e-rickshaws, e-loaders) follow a dedicated delivery process due to their size and the RTO registration requirements.

  • Dealer Coordination: After order confirmation and advance payment, we coordinate with the nearest authorised dealer or manufacturer in your region.
  • Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Every EV vehicle undergoes a Pre-Delivery Inspection at the dealer facility before dispatch.
  • Transport to Your Location: Vehicles are transported via flatbed truck or dedicated EV transporter to your specified address.
  • Delivery Timeline: 7–20 business days, depending on your location, vehicle availability, and RTO processing time.
  • Documents Provided: Invoice, manufacturer's warranty card, owner's manual, and RTO documentation assistance.
  • RTO Registration: We provide full assistance for RTO registration in your city. Government fees for registration and insurance are to be borne by the buyer.
  • Delivery Acceptance: You must inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to the delivery agent on the spot and documented before signing the delivery receipt.
  Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the vehicle. Missed EV deliveries will be rescheduled — additional transport fees may apply for repeated missed deliveries.

Order Tracking

We provide real-time order tracking for all shipments. Here is how it works:

  • Order Confirmed: You receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order ID immediately after successful payment.
  • Order Dispatched: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
  • Out for Delivery: Our delivery partner will notify you on the day of delivery, along with an estimated delivery window.
  • Delivered: A delivery confirmation is sent to your registered email and mobile number.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your SD Auction 24 account and visiting the My Orders section. Alternatively, contact our support team with your order ID for an update.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • Small products (accessories, copper items, clothing) are packed in multi-layer protective packaging with void fill to prevent movement during transit.
  • Fragile items (copper kalash, glass items) are bubble-wrapped and placed in rigid outer boxes.
  • Clothing and textiles are folded, poly-bagged, and placed in sturdy cardboard mailers.
  • EV vehicles are delivered by specialised transport — no box packaging, but all accessories and documents are packed separately in sealed envelopes.

SD Auction 24 is committed to reducing packaging waste. We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.

Risk & Insurance

The risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you at the moment it is delivered to your specified address and signed for by you or your authorised representative.

For high-value products (EV vehicles), we strongly recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage. SD Auction 24 can assist you in obtaining motor insurance at the time of EV vehicle delivery — please inform our support team when you place your order.

SD Auction 24 is not liable for any loss or damage to products after they have been successfully delivered and accepted.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse:

  • No one available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Inaccessible address (gated community, restricted area)

In such cases, we will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days, the order will be returned to our facility.

Re-delivery charges may apply for orders returned due to customer-side issues. If a returned order is not reclaimed within 14 days, a refund will be processed minus shipping and handling costs.

SD Auction 24 is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
